Last year we came across a beautiful place. With deposits from regular members, loans from members on waiting list and supporters we have put together an amount of 5 million Czech crowns. We have agreed with the owner on a preliminary reservation of the property/land, telling him that we will let him know whether we want to buy it or not by the end of June....
On May 5th, another male circle took place. The intention was to save the felled wood from the property, where a nice office building will probably/eventually stand. : )
The visit to the property was a success. We went in large number of 15 people. A discussion took place after the tour where we compared the basic information which were that: the land is 23.6 hectares, the price is 4.7 million - it is a former village (displaced after 1945, had 150 inhabitants) - commuting distance: 1 hour 20...
The visit took place on 14.04. It is a chateau from the 18th century with the associated lands of the chateau garden and a piece of reservation.
